The problem with friends and family reviewing your screenplay is a simple one: You don’t know if they are telling you the truth (I bet your Mum loves it!), or able to provide constructive feedback.

The report will consist of two main sections:

“What Works”

“What can be improved - How and Why”

The first section will be brief – If you want your ego massaged then you’ve come to the wrong place…

The second section will cover a multitude of sins, for example:

• Character Description
• Characters

• Plot and pacing
