I will design a character for you to play at any level--including filling out the character sheet and writing the backstory. You can specify anything you like, from gender to class to particular features or attributes.I recommend choosing the class you personally would like to play, but I'm fine with choosing for you if you prefer.
I currently DM a homebrew campaign in my free time and have experience in designing player characters and NPCs, as well as villains and heroes for the story. I am fine with doing any of these at all.
