I can create any kind of NPC or monster you want, just provide the relevant information when you submit. The more relevant information I have the more I can flesh them out.

Do you want stats for them? Tell me about who or what they are, job description, personality, what part of the campaign they're in, who they know, what they can provide the players, or any other relevant information. And tell me what you are specifically looking for from me as far as their creation.
For Monster:
Tell me about them, as far as why they are encountering the player, what you want them to do in battle (or out of battle?) how challenging you want the encounter to be (information on the current status of the party would be relevant there) or any other specifics you want to be included. If they are not for battle you can specify and I won't include stats with them.
If there is any other info you want me to have, or anything you are specifically looking for in your NPCs or Monsters, let me know so I can work it in.
