Building your own RPG setting is a lot of fun! Sure, pre-publsihed settings are fine. But why choose that, when you can create a breathing, living world, tailor made for the needs of your story and your players.
At the same time, it can seem like a daunting task, and it's easy to get lost in the details for months.
Do not worry, fellow world builder! I've been creating worlds for my stories, and later for rpg's, since i was 12. I will point you in the right direction, and give you the tools to flesh out a fully functional world to play in.
