The seller had some personal issues going on at home but apologized for taking things out on me. The quality of work wasn't as expected. However, I paid for the service even though it wasn't delivered late. I'm not satisfied. One thing I would recommend for this seller is, if a customer informs you of something that they didn't like, don't provide your opinion just change it. I clearly stated that I didn't like the focus being about boys for my 7th grader. I don't want to publish a book that put emphasis on 7th graders trying to please a boy. I'd recommend putting your feelings aside and focus more on making your customer happy. Also, don't bring personal issues to work.
