I created this Meditation for the Women in my Womens Circle to connect or re-connect with the divine feminine within. It is a Meditation that takes you down deep to the center of your being, to the quiet still peaceful place which is the only place where you are truly free.I use this script to begin each Womens Circle as a way of centering the energy and allowing the Women to access their divine intuition.
This Meditation is written with Women in mind but could quite easily be used for a mixed group by changing the feminine wording accordingly.
As with all Meditation scripts, it is best read in a slow and calm voice. Pauses are included to allow the Meditators time to visualize.
Duration is around 10 minutes.
