I have my own websites on which I upload regular content, this has made brain storming a part of my routine.
An effective bio or about us requires the writer to unlock the full potential of his/her brain, in order to convey a huge and effective message in the most concise manner.How I write:-
- I request the client to provide me some detail about the business they want me to write about.
- In case of bio, I would ask the client to tell me more about themselves.
- I thoroughly brain storm for the most concise manner in which I can represent the message, that the client wants to be conveyed.
- Then I break down the basic structure and pack it in the least amount of words possible, to make an effective bio or about us text.
