Revisions cannot be for an entire rework unless it is the basic package. Revisions can, however, be for a specific sentence, paragraph, or series of sentences that you wish to be changed.
Revisions can also be for small mistakes in my understanding of your story, such as a name, event, or canonical ship you changed for your specific work.
